Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $6 USD for orders under $100 USD. Orders of $100 USD or more receive free shipping.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority, are fully insured, and include tracking. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

All L George Designs pieces are individually handcrafted with care. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from the time your order is fulfilled. Custom pieces may require up to two weeks for production before shipping. Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept merchandise in its original, unworn condition for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation and requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, click here to request return authorization. All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped in the original packaging via insured mail such as UPS or FedEx. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at lisa@lisageorgedesigns.com.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been used, worn, or altered. Original packaging must be included with all returns.

Items purchased on markdown during major sales or promotional periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. If you purchase a full-priced item using a discount code, the item is still eligible for return and refunds will be issued for the actual dollar amount paid.
